Welcome to Casa do Areal, a charming, beautifully renovated country hideaway that holds a special place in our hearts. This house was once our grandparents' home for over 30 years, lovingly built by our grandfather and his sons in 1975. This is where we played as children, creating treasured memories surrounded by family and laughter. Sadly, during the devastating fires of 2017, the house was partially destroyed, and the loss we felt inspired us to rebuild it with even more love and care, restoring it to its rightful place as a home for new memories. �PGJyPgLocated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Mira, a peaceful coastal village along Portugal's picturesque Costa de Prata, Casa do Areal offers the perfect balance of serenity and adventure. Just a short drive (or bike) from the beach, the home's backyard opens onto a lush forest, where trees and vibrant vegetation will accompany you throughout your stay.

From the moment you arrive, we will make sure to give you a warm welcome and that you have everything you need for a great stay with family or friends. Casa do Areal has two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, and a third bedroom with four single beds, making it the perfect retreat for up to eight people. At the back of the house, you will find a charming terrace, the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal al fresco or simply relax with a good book and the soothing sounds of music. For those magical evenings, there is a barbecue ready for a delicious feast, and a cozy campfire area where you can gather, play songs under the stars or roast marshmallows to create unforgettable memories.
