This fourth-floor unit offers stunning views overlooking the vibrant Sunset Island town center. The wraparound porch, complete with outdoor seating for the whole family, is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a convenient breakfast bar, and ample barstool seating. The dining room table comfortably seats eight, making it the perfect setting for enjoying delicious family meals.
Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, a soaking tub in the master bathroom, Smart TV's in all rooms, an elevator in the building, and parking for two cars.
Bedrooms: Master has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and third bedroom has two full size bunk beds with a single pull out trundle. Coverlets and blankets are provided.

For your beachside enjoyment, we provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, boogie board, and a variety of beach toys. Whether you're lounging in the sun, catching some waves, or playing on the sand, everything you need for a fun-filled beach day is right at your fingertips. Just grab the gear and head straight to the shore for endless coastal fun!

Cleaning: $125 per stay
****** Our cleaning crew is in line with CDC guidelines regarding the COVID19 pandemic following strictly new cleaning policy after each guest's departure.
Amenity Fees: Depending on when you stay the Condo amenity fees are below. Fees cover 6 facility & 2 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week.
• Winter (January 1, 2024 - April 30, 2024 and October 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024) = $75.
• Spring (May 1, 2024- May 25, 2024) = $110.
• Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26, 2024 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day,
September 7, 2024) = $150.
• Fall (September 8, 2024 September 30, 2024) = $110.A non-refundable community fee that is payable by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover is due upon arrival at Sunset Island for amenity use and parking pass pick-up.
Guests will need to bring:
- Sheet sets for beds and bath towels (A linen delivery service can be scheduled for your convenience or guests can easily make their own arrangements to have sheets and towels delivered from a local rental service or the host can schedule for your convenience.
Quilts, pillows, and extra blankets will be provided.
