About this house rental

Your sanctuary in the sun awaits at this 2 bedroom 2 bath, lakefront home in south east Florida. Well kept and tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, this home sits on one of the largest lakes in this 55+ community. In your backyard there is a lakefront patio at the rear and all the lounge chairs and outdoor furniture you will need. Cruise the neighborhood in the included golf cart and go for a dip in the guest pool. Your oasis is only 10 minutes from the beach and downtown Fort Pierce and 15 minutes from all the amenities of Vero Beach to the north. Rent includes all utilities and fees. We take care of approval from the community which is required for your stay. This home is available for minimum 1 month rental up to 4 months consecutively and is intended for long term stays. You will have full access to the home and its amenities and the golf cart as described. Our property manager will facilitate check in and check out and will be available to you at anytime during your stay. January through March can only be booked as a block inclusively. Ask about off season discounts (June through November).
