A comfortable semi-detached home with a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout the house, completed in spring 2020.
Large south-facing garden, located directly on the dike leading to the south beach, separated only by a small wooded area; the well-maintained patio with garden furniture and a beach chair invites you to relax; garden shed with sauna, 1 parking space, bike rack.
Located in the Dorf neighborhood, not far from the town center in St. Peter-Dorf, a 5-minute walk to the South Beach.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this beautiful, spacious single-family home just outside Sankt Peter-Ording. With 145 m² of living space spread over two floors, it accommodates up to 8 people and was built in a very modern architectural style.

The first floor also features a double bedroom (180 x 200 cm) and an adjacent, modern shower room. From the spacious hallway, which includes an utility room and a guest restroom, a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find three more cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable double box-spring beds. A spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub provides additional comfort.
