The free pick up and drop off from the station for check in and check out was super helpful. Also the free supermarket shuttle they provide. They are very quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating when issues arise. The property itself is in an excellent location and walkable to Escal plaza which is a main hub for snow sports and has various bus stops for connecting other areas/ resorts ect. The place was cosy, clean and had good facilities. Highly recommended and will be coming back again!
Nothing I can think of except maybe supplying sugar for teas/ coffee as a suggestion.

Everything was well thought out. We found everything we needed for a most comfortable stay in a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and so helpful, answering any questions we had and providing assistance in locating and retrieving a forgotten bag. We were very grateful beyond measure.
There was nothing we could fault.
