In the heart of the Monts d'Arrée, Ty unnek is a gîte combining comfort and modernity all y new.
A fully equipped kitchen with its table and 4 stools, a cosy living room, a bathroom/toilet, direct access to the garage ideal for storage.
Upstairs a bedroom with its double bed and TV, an office area, a dressing area and another bedroom on the mezzanine with 1 single bed and 1 double bed 140x190.
A wooded garden with an unobstructed view.
For your leisure a petanque court. A furnished terrace. For the children a football field with its 2 goals, an XL trampoline.
Nature will be your playground: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, trail running, fishing. The beaches are 40 minutes away.

The property is lovely, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It's small but very well laid out. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal and the outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy that meal. The beds are comfortable and it’s in a quiet location so we slept really well. The owners are really nice and friendly people. They made sure we had everything we needed and even took out some toys for our toddler to play with outside.I would highly recommend the property and if we come back in the area we will certainly try to stay there again.
