About this apartment rental
We rent for a couple in a wooded environment small Mazet 18 m² recently converted into a comfortable studio, located on a wooded plot away from our home.
Our lively tourist village is the capital of pottery. We are located 6 km from Uzès and its famous Duchy its market considered one of the most beautiful in France, 35 minutes from Nîmes Roman city, 40 minutes from Alès capital of the Cévennes, Anduze and its picturesque rivers, 25 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 50 minutes from Avignon city of the popes and you will explore the Camargue in 1 hour.
Reversible air conditioning, loft bed with high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, small cozy lounge area, wifi, small table for lunch or dinner, bathroom with corner shower, sink and toilet, large wardrobe cupboard.
Private deck terrace of 14 m2 open onto the enclosed garden protected from the neighborhood by screen and privacy screen, decorated with a table, a gas barbecue – plancha and two teak deckchairs on which you can relax in the shade of the electric awning or sunbathe as you wish out of sight outside the villa.
Intimate pool area surrounded by walls, 8m50 by 4m pool, equipped with a pergola, deckchairs, inflatable mattresses to be shared sometimes with the owners. You can access it as you wish, its access and location are totally independent of our house. Open from the end of May to the beginning of October .
