This is a 4 Bedroom Villa offering this cheaper 3 Bedroom Rate Option for Lower Occupancy (6 People Only).
A spacious getaway villa situated in the stunning ocean view hills of the North West coast of Koh Samui, where you will find your own tropical hideaway: Vista Mar Samui.
Peace and tranquility reign supreme in your 5,500 sq.ft private holiday home, linked with a spacious bungalow villa for your own dedicated use. The Villa boasts sweeping views of the Ang Thong Marine Park across the Gulf of Siam and beyond.

Vista Mar Samui has many great features including a Yoga and Fitness area with Gym, Pool table room but most amazing are the incredible views, the quietness, the relaxing factor and the fantastic staff who take away any stress from your holiday.
Complimentary fruits grown within the grounds. We are currently growing Papaya, Banana, Mango, Pineapple and naturally, Coconuts.
Your personal driver will be waiting at the airport or ferry to pick you up and bring you home to us.

Rental Rates Include:
- Unlimited electric and water usage
- Full-time resident on-site staff (daily cleaning / maid service)
- Bed linen changed twice weekly, pool towels changed as necessary.
- Chef Service (breakfast & lunch - guest pays cost + 20% for food)
- Multilingual speaking Guest Manager (English, French, Chinese)
- Welcome/information Pack with the ‘owner’s recommendations’
- Round Trip Airport transfer (one each way complimentary)
- Baby cot and highchair
- Free WI-FI throughout the villa
- Digital Safe for important belongings
Rental Rates Exclude:
- Private Chef (evening) @ 1,000 THB per setting (guest pays cost + 20% for food)
- Babysitting, massage & spa services (available on request )
- Chartered boat services (available upon request)
- Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage
Terms & Security Deposit:
- Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
- As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 (cash only) security deposit from the guest
- Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.

What an AMAZING villa! Deserves every star. We were a party of 6 (2 adult, 4 children) staying over Christmas. Stunning setting in the hills on the quieter, western side of the island about 30-40 min from the airport. You are best served renting a car (with some oompf given the big hills) as the easiest way to get around. The villa is beautifully appointed with space for everyone to spread out - and the pool table kept my boys busy for hours. The kitchen was one of the best kitted out I’ve ever seen in a rental - even the knives were sharp! The staff was also a highlight and came and cleaned thoroughly every day. You are a short drive from multiple beaches (10-20 min) - though note that access across the island is via bars/restaurants/resorts. Most are happy for you to spend the day there (with beds and towels) for the cost of a meal (500-1,000 BHT pp). I couldn’t recommend this villa more for families, couples or small groups who want to enjoy the quieter side of Koh Samui.
