Find this charming air-conditioned apartment of type 3 with its magnificent sea view on the 1st floor of its building with an elevator. Private garage in the residence.
The accommodation:
In a residence with elevator, the apartment is composed of two bedrooms, a living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a vanity unit and a large terrace with sea view overlooking the large beach of La Ciotat. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system.
On the night side you will find in the two bedrooms a bed of 140 and a sofa bed of 120 in the living room.
The terrace has a dining table so you can enjoy good meals with a breathtaking view of the beach and the bay.
Parking:
The apartment has a garage in the basement (number 59). The residence is completely closed by an electric gate.
Facilities:
