Stone house in the medieval village of Balaruc le Vieux, 7 kms from Sète, 4 kms from the beaches. You will fall in love with this fourteenth-century village. The house is perched on top of the ramparts and offers you a view of the Thau lagoon and the garrigue (magnificent walks for a breathtaking panorama). Numerous cycle paths and bus lines serve the communes of Sète, Balaruc les Bains, Bouzigues. A very lively shopping center is 1.5 km from the accommodation. The renovation was done at the end of 2024 and offers you all the comfort of a new home.
