This centrally-located 3 bedroom/1 bathroom basement unit with private entrance & dedicated parking.
- Easy access to the freeway
- Near Wahooz, Roaring Springs Water Park, Top Golf, Ford Idaho Center, Extra Mile Arena, and The Village.
- 20 minutes to almost anywhere within the Treasure Valley (Boise, Meridian, Nampa, ect) for convenient traveling and accessibility for your journey.
- Within 5 mile radius, there are several major grocery stores, restaurants, and hospitals.
In this 1500 square feet basement guest suite, there is 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom accessed by stairs with private laundry with stackable washer/dryer and fully furnished kitchen for home cooking and indoor gatherings. A dartboard is also added for your enjoyment and suitable for all ages.
Fenced backyard with a grove of trees lined on the western side that create the perfect oasis. In addition, there is a covered patio with outdoor patio furniture for stormy days or getting out of the heat of the sunny summer days. A Blackstone BBQ within the patio with all tools equipped to enjoy outdoor cooking no matter the weather or time of year.
Other outdoor amenities include an onsite playground as well as trampoline for guests that have children staying, firepit for keeping warm or enjoying memorable treats around the fire with the outdoor furniture provided, and a hot tub underneath a gazebo to allow privacy & shade. Two community parks with 2 playgrounds, a full basketball court, and tennis court are within walking distances that can additionally be utilized by guests. Outdoor
equipment can be provided upon request including four kayaks (additional fees may apply)
Guests have access to their own dedicated parking spot as well as street parking for additional cars. The basement suite has its own private entrance to the suite which is only accessed by guests unless issues arise or an emergency.
Outdoor space is a shared space between guests and the hosts (covered patio, outdoor furniture, outdoor eating area, firepit, BBQ, hot tub, trampoline, play structure)
Samantha and Justin will not be in your unit unless requested by you, an emergency, or any issues regarding the unit itself. Hosts are available to help with any issues most of the time & should be contacted through Vrbo.
With the hosts' family living in the unit above & the suite and house being connected to the same structure, there will inevitably be some sound transfer between units. The hosts are not worried about any sound made by guests (within reason), but would like you to know there will be some sound transfer from the hosts and their family as they move around above you during daytime hours (especially around meal times). Hosts try to be courteous of noise levels and stick to a noise ordinance rule for themselves.

This property was one of the nicest places we have stayed at while visiting our family in Meridian. Super clean bedding and towels, adorable and thoughtful decor, and the extra amenities really made it feel like home. Communication with the host was fantastic. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We would love to come back and stay again in the near future.

The home was very clean and conveniently located. The unit was large enough for our family which included grandparents. The listing never stated that the outdoor space was shared with a host family and another unit. That wasn’t a huge deal except the host families 6 year old son was overwhelming and in our faces every time our kids tried to play outside. He was bossy and wouldn’t give them space. I can understand this but he was unmonitored by any adults which we found odd.
