Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom Logan retreat. This wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage house offers a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Large inground pool in backyard. Three bathrooms stocked with all the essentials; guests can relax in comfort. The living room provides additional space for lounging, and the variety of bed options ensures a good night's sleep for everyone. The home was completely remodeled in 2024 and features a large, finished downstairs with large pit couch and TV that is a great place for lounging. Large spacious kitchen with dining room table that seats 6. Dishes, flatware, pots and pans and cooking utensils stocked. Game area and office space also located downstairs. Outdoor heated pool in backyard. Patio and grill located in the backyard and deck on the front of the house provides lots of outdoor space to enjoy the quiet countryside and wildlife. Southwest Iowa in Harrison County is known for wildlife including whitetail deer. Located just 35 miles from Omaha, you can have the best of both worlds. A short trip to the city or spending time in the beautiful rolling countryside of the Loess Hills. Located near the Loess Hills Scenic Byway which features beautiful scenery for long country drives any season of the year. Local attractions are the Iowa Welcome Center, area shopping in Logan with shops such as She Market Boutique and One Farm Market and located nearby Desoto Bend Wildlife Refuge, Hitchcock Nature Center and Loess Hills Lavender farm. Pet friendly. And coming in spring of 2025 - backyard pool. This location is also a great place for hunters to stay. This area is a great area for hunting whitetail deer, pheasants and turkey. Note there is a house and a Morton building on the property. The rental is for the home only. Shed may be available for rent in the future for hosting events.

What a gem! Owners have gone above & beyond to create a quiet, cozy (yet roomy!), country oasis with all conveniences thought of for you! My kids (and husband!) especially loved the video games in the basement along with the amazing couch/tv area to watch sports or movies. And now, with a pool to lounge by, there is a perfect way to relax and cool down. We truly felt like this was a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

The house is such a beautiful retreat! We came for our son’s wedding and our hosts were amazing help! They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and provide us with extra info/help. They should be given a top rating!

We loved staying here. The house is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. It's out of the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to drive in if you want to explore or if youre like us, take your kid to baseball games. The host was extremely nice and helped any time we had a question. We will definitely be staying here again and can't wait to try out the pool. If you like cruising around and seeing the country side, this is the place!
