Your McMinnville adventure begins at this 2-bedroom cottage. With a king bed and 2 bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full), this cozy retreat is perfect for small groups. Enjoy WiFi, AC, and heating during your stay. The bathroom features a refreshing shower, and there's even a living room with a comfy sofa bed and gas fireplace. Immerse yourself in the charm of McMinnville and create unforgettable memories at this fantastic property. Enjoy the views of the cattle out front and Turkeys and chickens behind. It also features a fully fenced in back yard space, great for dogs of all sizes.
Please be aware that this is a working family farm. The property you will be staying in is completely fenced off from the animals. If you wish to have a closer look, we would be happy to take you in the RTV for a ride around the property to see the animals (Subject to our availability lining up with yours). We are living in the house to the left and milk the cows twice a day. You will very likely hear animal noises.

Enjoyed the warm fireplace this is my 2nd time staying Its well worth the money and has a fenced in yard for your pets Very clean and cozy

Felt like home I would recommend this house It was clean comfortable had everything we needed for the 2 wks we stayed The owners r amazing host very quick to respond to your needs I will definitely rent again if Im in the area

Such a little slice of heaven. The house was very spacious and nice. The fireplace is extremely easy to operate on a thermostat switch. Large TV, comfy beds/furniture. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The host was very welcoming and took us for a ride on his RTV up to see and pet the donkey and the dairy cows. The donkey is the star of the show and very friendly. We loved waking up to hearing the cows moo, the birds chirping, and the cool brisk air. Loved drinking coffee on the porch which looks out at the pasture land and all the cows. I have family nearby and would absolutely return!

This place was PERFECT for our family over the Thanksgiving holiday! It was clean and cozy and such a gorgeous location. The hosts were very responsive, and the farm tour was so fun. Thanks for an amazing stay!
