About this house rental
A tastefully renovated traditional townhouse that blends culture with contemporary style, located in the heart of the popular town of Cómpeta, Málaga. This townhouse is spread over 4 floors. Upon entering through a foyer with a sitting area and TV, you pass by a traditional oven uncovered during the renovation, which dates back at least 100 years.
Traditional high steps lead to the first floor, where you’ll find a living room with a new smart TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom with a rain shower and a smart mirror. Another bathroom features a toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
The stairs continue up to the second floor, leading to a medium-sized bedroom with a large double bed (150 cm) and an en suite bathroom, also featuring a rain shower and a smart mirror. This floor is complemented by a terrace with a colorful awning, seating for 4 people, and two lounge chairs for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring the area.
A few more steps lead to the third floor, where you’ll find a second bedroom with a traditional Spanish bed (135 cm), hand-painted furniture, and air conditioning (heating and cooling).
At the top of the house is another small terrace with two lounge chairs for anyone who wants to relax and soak up the sun.
All the windows in this townhouse overlook an interior courtyard that offers exceptional peace and tranquility; hardly anyone would guess that this place is located near a busy main square.
