About this apartment rental
The vacation rental was completely renovated in December 2013. It is on the first floor and features a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a shower/toilet. Modern furnishings. Flat-screen TV with satellite system. Furnished terrace with garden; parking and bicycle storage
The apartment building is situated in a quiet location near the Ordinger Kurwald. The spa center with its recreational pool and wellness facilities, the promenade, and the beaches are all within 500 m to 700 m via scenic walking paths. The vacation apartment was completely renovated from October 2013 to February 2014 and tastefully refurnished. It features a spacious living and dining area with a sleeper sofa, satellite TV, a flat-screen TV, a small stereo system, and access to a furnished balcony. The separate kitchen features a cheerful built-in kitchen with an electric stove and oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a toaster. During the renovation, care was taken to create a modern, bright, and welcoming interior so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxing vacation. If needed, we’re happy to provide a high chair and a travel crib for our younger guests. The apartment is centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac between the neighborhoods of Bad and Ording. Both the activity beach in Ording and the beach in Bad—with its promenade, thermal baths, spa facilities, and pier—are within walking distance along scenic footpaths and forest trails, ranging from 500 to 700 meters. Traveling by train is also completely hassle-free. Car and bicycle parking are available at the house.
On-site costs: Bedding is included; a towel package is available for booking per person; Wi-Fi is free; the washing machine is available for a fee (coin-operated machine). High chairs and cribs are available free of charge upon request. Flat fee for dogs: €40 per day
