Overall this was an excellent place to stay. Great location. Spacious. Newly decorated and clean. Our primary suggestion is to provide a second set of keys.

Great spot for my adult son and daughter and me. Each had our own bedroom. My daughter took the bedroom with a walk in closet and large ensuite bathroom. The other two bathrooms my son and I shared. Bathrooms were done in marble like tile. Likewise most floors were tile. Place was clean and kitchen was really nice. On fourth floor so bit of a hike up the stairs but not too bad. Nice location with lots of restaurants nearby. Overall thumbs up and would stay there again.

We had a nice stay here with a family of 4 (2 adult children). Some pros and cons. Pro: 1. beautifully renovated, 2. very specious; 3. great location in Mayfair (btw, Mayfair is not for everyone, but that is what we wanted); 4. Very clean. Con: 1. 4th floor walk up - we knew that going in, but the listing should be clearer. If you have young kids, heavy luggage or mobility issues, may not be for you. 2. Management only gives one set of keys. Strange for a three bedroom apartment. We found this a real hassle and a constant source of irritation. When asked, Management responded that the keys are special and expensive - strange response for a luxury apartment full of expensive things. This may not have been so bad if the lockbox was not inconveniently located sideways above a street grating such that we were concerned that the “expensive” keys could easily drop down. 3.no air conditioning. As a top floor apartment, it will get very hot in the summer. The place got hot at the end of May unless all windows were open. 4. Minor irritant - no bath soap in the two full baths (2.5 bath in the apartment).
