Welcome to this charming two-bedroom flat on the ground floor, perfectly located near the famous Portobello Road. There is a natural light and a warm, homely atmosphere. Perfect for leisure and business stays, you’ll enjoy easy access to local attractions and excellent transport links to central London.
Step into the inviting living room, featuring underfloor heating, a comfortable soft sofa, and a TV for those relaxing evenings.
The open-plan living area leads into a charming dining space, where large windows overlook a beautiful tree-lined street, making mealtime a pleasant experience.
You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals.
After a long day out, unwind in the peaceful main bedroom with a king-size bed, or the second bedroom with a double bed. Both are equipped with hotel-quality linens for a comfortable sleep.
The bright and modern bathroom with a bathtub, offers complimentary toiletries and plush towels for a spa-like experience.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the flat will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please get in touch with me.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.
No parties, events, or loud music allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
No pets allowed.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew.
Please turn off the heating when you leave at the end of your stay.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security
deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
