Motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed
The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
Guests do not need parking passes upon arrival.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Great location, comfortable for our family of 4, and really enjoyed the little extras in the condo such as beach chairs, and wagon. Great stay! Had everything we needed and more!

This unit had a well equipped kitchen and was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Located in a very nice area of the Grand Strand and close to all shopping and restaurants. The owner was easily accessible. Check in was very easy. We had a great stay and will return. Highly recommended.

Very clean property that met all our needs. One minor adjustment I would recommend to owner is for better window cover on the bedroom that abuts the condo hallway, as the current one lets in a good amount of light at night. Very minor issue. We enjoyed the property and it was perfect for our quick weekend visit.
