Location was good for us, although street parking was a nuisance. Laundry and playroom are nice amenities.

This rental was as described in the listing. It's location was excellent, close to everything. The sleeping arrangements were good with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The kitchen was supplied with basics and the playroom upstairs was a big hit with the children. There were a few downsides with this location that people should be aware of, but were manageable for us because the price was decent. One is the street parking situation which was a bit of a challenge. The other is that the only bathrooms were downstairs and the folks staying in the master bedroom are upstairs. So, I wouldn't have anyone who has to go to the bathroom more than once a night stay upstairs. There were a few more minor suggestions I had for the owner that would enhance the stay, but nothing major.
