200 - New 2-bedroom Apt. in the heart of Rosemount.

I stayed here for 6 nights with my mom and my 6 year old daughter. We were visiting a friend in Apple Valley. This is a great location - it’s well priced and easy to get to Apple Valley, the Zoo, Mall of America, and Minneapolis/St. Paul attractions too. I don’t feel like we experienced much traffic either. It’s quiet, safe and close to public transit. There is a park less than a block away too. Don’t worry about the train nearby- the latest it runs is 9pm. This apartment is up about 10 stairs so be mindful of that. Parking was easy and there were always enough spots. One thing is this is set up more like a hotel. There is only one AC/Heating unit for the whole apartment. The other apartments in the complex are like this too. We stayed here during a week when the area was experiencing 90 degree weather. The AC unit did not cool down the bedrooms as well. We had the fans on full power too. The windows just blew in hot air, so consider the season you are in. It got better when the weather cooled off to the low 70s. There is a nice fireplace in the master bedroom for colder months. The host is very nice and responsive. It’s clean, well decorated and has basic amenities. I think it’s best suited for friends or a couple than a family. We made it work for us with a trip to Aldi nearby. I would stay again if I come with just my mom or a friend.

We have family in Rosemount. This apartment was perfect for us to have a wonderful comfortable quiet beautiful apartment to stay in close by them. It will be our first choice whenever we come back.

Exactly what we needed for a weekend of shopping. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The location is great as it is within a 5 minute drive of almost everything you could need and only 15-20 minutes to MOA. We will stay again on our next girls’ weekend of shopping.
