With indoor fireplace and grand piano in the vaulted entry room, you'll enter a getaway oasis SMACK in the heart of downtown San Diego.
The outdoor spaces are SPECTACULAR. Massive pool, with 18' slide, as well as a giant jacuzzi with seating for 14 is just the beginning. Enjoy TWO gorgeous decks, on two different levels, both with comfortable seating and dining options for 20 or more. Large gas grill (Weber) and gas pizza oven (Ooni), along with outdoor serving areas, make food prep a breeze, without missing out on all the fun. Grills overlook the pool and jacuzzi area. Each deck area includes outdoor gas fire pits and couches for lounging. Basque in the San Diego sun on one of four tanning chaise lounges or enjoy outdoor games like corn-hole and pickleball.

Our stay was outstanding! From the moment we walked in to the last slide down the water slide our stay could not have been more pleasant. This is a beautiful property perfect for a family getaway. If we come back this is the only place I’d want to stay!

I booked this rental for a girls' staycation in San Diego and was very impressed. The house offers spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a relaxing spa and pool area, and a beautifully designed interior and exterior. The homeowners were communicative and promptly answered all my questions. However, there are a few things to consider: the pool is only accessible by stairs (about three flights) with limited handrails, which may be unsafe for children or the elderly. The home's controls are primarily iPad-based, requiring some tech familiarity. Also, the showers lacked body wash, and some drawers and closets were locked, suggesting occasional owner use. Despite these minor issues, the space is accurately represented and highly enjoyable.
