Explore charming towns like Beechworth, Bright, and Yackandandah, each offering unique cultural experiences and stunning natural landscapes. For adventure seekers, nearby Mount Buffalo National Park beckons with its historic chalet and scenic trails. Food and wine enthusiasts will delight in the gourmet offerings of Milawa and the acclaimed wineries of King Valley.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, this unique haven is perfect for two families across its two spacious floors. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a home office await. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with panoramic views of rolling hills and eucalypts, while the second bedroom features a queen and single bed overlooking the expansive property and saltwater pool.
The main level presents a generous living area with a cosy fireplace and valley vistas. The well equipped kitchen includes a Breville coffee machine with custom roasted beans, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and essential condiments. Enjoy alfresco dining on the large wrap-around balcony accessible from both the living area and kitchen, offering sweeping views of the high country.
Entertain with a large dining area and a 9-foot slate pool table in the open-plan living space, complemented by a luxurious bathroom featuring a double shower. Stay comfortable year-round with reverse cycle air conditioning in each room.
At the rear of the main level, a private two-room family retreat awaits, offering a king bed, single bed, and bunk bed arrangement with direct access to the pool area and convenient drive-up vehicle access.
Additional amenities include a laundry with front-load washing machine and dryer, ironing facilities, undercover parking, WiFi, and a selection of sporting equipment and games. All bed linen and towels, both indoor and outdoor, are provided for your comfort.

• Peak Season: $1,200 per night (Friday, Saturday, public/school holidays)
• Off-Peak Season: $950 per night (Monday to Thursday)

Our whole family had a terrific time at this generous and welcoming house. With children the pool and the pool table were real winners. Lots of space inside and out, large verandahs for outside time with tables and chairs for comfort. Communication with the hosts was spot on. Welcome gifts of food and wine were appreciated too! Highly recommend for a family stay in a beautiful area for days visits.

Words can’t really express how special this property is and how perfectly it accommodated our extended family. The setting is so peaceful and the gardens so rustic and yet well planned to capture the beautiful views. We’ll be back!
