Our agency, specialising in holiday rentals and established in Sainte-Maxime for 4 generations, offers a wide selection of holiday accommodation, including this charming semi-detached house located in Sainte-Maxime, in a small residence with a swimming pool, close to the beautiful sandy beaches of La Nartelle.
Fully air-conditioned and accommodating up to 6 guests, the house offers a pleasant and comfortable interior.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a living area opening onto a lovely covered terrace, ideal for sharing meals or relaxing in the shade after a day at the beach. A kitchen and a separate toilet complete this level.
Upstairs, the villa features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which have direct access to a terrace, allowing you to make the most of the outdoors. A bathroom with a toilet, a shower room and a separate toilet complete the facilities and ensure everyone’s comfort.
Outside, a private, unfenced garden bordered by a hedge provides a peaceful space to relax in the fresh air. It is equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the sunny days.
For even more enjoyment, the residence offers a shared swimming pool used by just 6 villas, ideal for cooling off and unwinding after a sunny day.

Tourist tax: Payable in addition. The amount varies depending on the length of stay, rental price and number of guests aged over 18.
Booking deposit: 25% of the rental amount, payable at the time of booking.
Departure requirements: The house must be left in immaculate condition, and all rubbish bins must be emptied.
Key return: The keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
Parties and noise: Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
