About this house rental

The condo/town features a large living room with floor to ceiling windows bringing in tons of natural California sunshine, original restored kitchen with new appliances, two full bathrooms, a new washer/ dryer, a cozy queen bedroom, record player, smart TV, and spacious king bedroom with luxury linens.

Enjoy a large private patio directly off of the living room, or a cozy outdoor reading nook from the primary bedroom.

There are plenty of Palm Springs living amenities to soak in on premises- our guests are welcome to use the two large pools, hot tub, and pick fresh lemons and grapefruits from the trees. One dedicated parking space for our guests as well as street parking.
