About this resort
This is a big owner discount for a stay at the Marriott Vacation Club resort. BeachPlace Towers is a ten minute walk to The Tortuga Music Festival or Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.
A main beach is directly across the street. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks walk.
No need to take the water taxi or Uber. Skip the lines.
The large studio with a kitchenette (no cook top) washer/dryer in the building. You get a king bed and a pull-out queen size sofa and a private balcony. You get a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and wet bar. Save on breakfast and snacks with your kitchenette.
Room location and floor are assigned at check-in. Half the rooms face the ocean, the other half face the intracoastal. The 19th floor owners lounge faces the ocean.
No Smoking, No Pets , No parties. There is a pool deck and an owners lounge to gather with your friends. Vacation Club resorts do not provide daily cleaning. You can call for clean sheets and towels to change yourself. You are expected to leave the unit neat, take out the trash.
