The maisonette is perfect for a family with children, couples, or friends. The interior layout is modern and stylish and includes everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation. This includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, all essentials, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, as well as an open-concept kitchen with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and a spacious living room and dining area.


Living Room:

- This is a smoke-free home. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash (additional cleaning fees to remove odors and stains may apply if any signs or smell of smoke are found after the guest checks out).

- We do not allow guests to host parties or events in our home, unless agreed upon during the booking process. Please ensure that any additional guests leave by 1 a.m. We greatly appreciate your cooperation on this matter, as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.

- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- If you break or damage anything, please let me know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that might attract pests. Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- Lost keys will incur a 25€ fee per missing key.
- No eating in either bedroom. Guests will compensate the host for any food or drink stains in the bedroom.
- The gym is NOT included in the price.
- Do not rearrange the indoor furniture.
- Pets are welcome UPON REQUEST (additional cleaning fees may apply)
