About this house rental
Perfect for the whole family or friend group. 100-year-old log home with the original outhouse still out back. The house is NOT on the water but up the hill and close by is a state access boat ramp you can drop boat and park in the included dock slip. This is a 1000 sqft home free standing with front/rear decks connected by wrap around. 2 bedrooms and then 2 pull out couches Comfortably sleeps 7 Famous Coconuts and Jolly Rogers are a 10-minute boat ride. Just 15 minutes from the loop2 sxs park
Parking is limited
We cannot accommodate any more than 4 trucks

We ask that you keep the road open in both sides as we have neighbors that travel through
Other things to note
You may notice this place is a lot less expensive than most lake houses. It’s a bargain, so long as you’re OK with not being directly on the water but up the hill and also dealing with a road that requires crossover or better. We do not recommend a sedan.
We only allow dogs
No cats
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs under 40 lbs and
you are required to add your pets to the guest booking and let us know you plan to bring pets so there is no confusion and the cleaners are prepared
we ask that you do not allow pets that have been in the lake to come inside wet or be on the furniture at anytime.
We also ask that they are housebroke and crated while alone inside. We also ask that if your pet soils inside that you properly clean up after them or pay additional cleaning fee.
The umbrella is great on the dock but it does not like the wind. Put it down every time you finish using it. We check it after EVERY checkout. If broken, a replacement is $200
If you are coming to ride side by sides we are 10 minutes from loop 2 and ask that you trailer your side by sides and do not ride them around
