The house is rented as a complete unit, providing exclusive access to 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard with a newly developed large deck. All three bedrooms are located on the top floor:
- Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.
- Two additional bedrooms, sharing a second full bathroom easily accessible from the hall.
The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a spacious layout and a 65” LG Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video for your viewing pleasure. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the adjoining dining room offers a welcoming space for family dinners.
Step outside to enjoy the private backyard, complete with a deck for outdoor dining or simply unwinding in the fresh air. Smoking is prohibited inside the house but is permitted in the backyard, with ashtrays provided.
