• The regular nightly rate covers 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including in the building common area, . $500 fine per violation.
• Ring floodlight security cameras for exterior use only.
• No Pet is allowed

Overall stay was great. Location was excellent. Only issue I had was stove circuit was tripped and it could have been avoided by inspection.

Property was ok for our needs-don’t spend much time there. A few things to fix/note: one of the bedroom doors doesn’t stay open, a couple of the blinds need to be fixed, there is no living room area to gather and watch the only tv (all part of the kitchen), part of a 4-plex so kind of noisy, supply restock needed to be done (no extra toilet paper).
