This 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Beach house boasts a fully stocked kitchen and living area with all of the essentials to make your family`s beach vacation comfortable. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a Queen Bed with a second bathroom for guest use. Additional guests can use the sleeper sofa in the main living area. Extra bedding is provided.
To access the property, guests will be provided with check in instructions 24 hours prior to their check in date. Check in is at 4pm, if you are interested in an earlier check in, please inquire with us. A code to the property will be provided in your check in instructions for keyless entry to the property.
This home is located on the beach-side of Butler Avenue between 6th and 7th Street. This is a prime location for families looking to stay close to the beach, as this home is located less than a block away from the 7th Street beach access - one of the island`s less congested beach entries.
This property provides free private parking on premises for up to 3 vehicles and is less than a block from the beach! Additional paid parking on the street is limited and metered to the city of Tybee and is STRICTLY enforced.

Great location and charming on inside. Had issue with non functional front door handle which was fixed the day after arrival. Some minor maintenance and esthetic issues. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Kitchen with the basics. Good place for a long weekend stay with 2-4 adults.

Had a wonderful stay in this very cute and terrifically located home. Very clean and had ALL of the things you would hope for in a home away from home. Will definitely stay again when we come back to the Island!Thanks so much!The Miller family
