Great quility accomodation.easy communication.Recent floods had damaged breakfast room so we assumed there would be no breakfast.However,the staff brought us continental breakfast to our room each morning.a bit limited.......but considering how bad the area was hit ,we thought it was a good touch

I have emailed on many occasions reference we did not get a email 24hrs before check in leading us to try and ring people to gain door and room access codes, which cist money and was very inconvenient.
The lift was out if order on many occasions, havi g 2 knee replacements this was a nightmare.
Asked for some sort of compensation but nothing back from the owners.
