    The view from the property was beautiful, and the rooms were decent and comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience with the food and service was extremely disappointing. We ordered chilli potato and mixed pakoras as snacks, expecting them to be hot and properly cooked. However, both items were cold and seemed undercooked, so we couldn't eat them. After we complained, the staff served sandwiches and pakoras instead. The sandwiches were burnt and tasteless, while the pakoras were again cold and appeared undercooked, as if they had just been taken out of a fridge. When we requested the hotel to arrange food from outside, even offering to pay extra charges, they refused. Later, when dinner was served, the dal was undercooked and the vegetable curry lacked taste. Overall, the quality of the food was very poor. Even basic facilities were lacking. When we asked for ice, we were given only four ice cubes and informed that no more were available. There wasn't even properly chilled drinking water available. Another issue was the extremely slow service. If you plan to order food here, be prepared to place your order 3–4 hours in advance because that's how long it seemed to take for anything to arrive. Overall, while the location, view, and rooms were good, the food quality and service were among the worst we have experienced. If you're planning to stay here, consider carrying your own snacks, drinking water, and even making alternate arrangements for meals.

    The room was great and the staff was also good. It is worth staying here. The road could be a bit challenging for people who are not well acquainted with mountain roads. The food was good though at the time every menu item was not available. The only problem i faced was that the other guests were partying hard at night so it was a bit difficult to sleep in all that noice but except for that everything was good the staff was very professional and overall it was a good stay. I would definitely recommend it.

    Amazing experience! The hotel offers spacious rooms, great hospitality, and stunning Himalayan landscapes. A great option for a weekend getaway near Kufri and Shimla.

    Never ever go to this hotel!! I said never. We booked the room through agoda and even talked to them before as well that we are booking through agoda. We wanted to checkin late night and that was also informed. We reached and they were discussing (manager and the worker) that all rooms are booked. They gave us the room of some group leade of that hotel. No doubt the room was really good but here comes the twist. The location of the room is at such a place that its tooo scary at night and there is no market within 3km from hotel. The food that they served was yuck. Too pricy and taste was like we were helpless, az we couldn't come late night after having food, no zomato swiggy so only option left was the disgusting food. We were helpless so we complained and they said our chef is gone actually. I was so hungry I again thought this time atleast it could be good. I called reception, ok firstly these guys don't easily pick the calls. Then I said ok what do you have for lunch or like we want to have food. The chef literally said, mere paas toh kuch nai hai abhi khaane ko. Then what is the mess for? with such high rates? He said I can make maggie and I have bread. Ok I ordered for maggie, sandwich and tea. Worst ever taste of everything and price - you can imagine 50rs tea which tastes yuck. And then they had kettle in all rooms except ours. I asked for it then they said we don' t have it in this room. We can't ask other rooms also to give the kettle. At night we said can we make the food ourselves, then we cooked chicken in their smelly and dirtiesr kitchen ever. And we paid full price of that meal too. Then at the time of billing, they included bottled water price also which was mentioned free on Agoda. I mentioned it to them and they removed it from the total price. These people took full taxes whatever was there from us and didn't provide any bill to us.
