The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, parasol and sun lounger. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

If you would like to take a tourist tour through olive groves, Lun is 10 km away and there you will find a beautiful centuries-old olive grove that you can visit in a group or on an individual tour. Nearby there are also famous dairies that you can visit with various cheese, oil and wine tastings.
