Beautiful remote woodsy setting and a very comfortable and clean home. We loved our stay here, very convenient to explore the state park and Berkeley Springs. The water access would be great for summer visits to go tubing and kayaking--we were here in early April, so we weren't able to play in the river, but it looks wonderful. Nice firepit outside and a cosy woodstove inside, with comfortable spaces for the family to gather both inside and on the porch. Highly recommend, and would definitely return.
We didn't encounter any issues other than a screen door off its runner, which didn't bother us at all but we reported it to the hosts.
