Location and nice amenities.
Not a lot of food choices that are walking distance, but close drive.

The location was excellent. Near by restuarants and water tours the location offered plenty to do.
The unit was dusty. We did not use the master closet some construction material in the closet and very dusty. There was sand in the unit possibly needed a deeper cleaning. Great balcony view blocked by scaffolding and workers.

The unit itself was excellent, clean, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The unit was definitely a nice beach vibe.
Nice beach pool view from the Screen in deck. Full kitchen which we used. Even included a K cup pot. We barbecued down in the grill area. We really enjoyed our time at the beach….
We really can’t complain about anything.
Maybe the association office, just a really strong perfume smell. But that was down the hallway we used the back beach elevator usually anyway.
