The staff is very accommodating and very friendly. The room is huge and quiet. The location is perfect: walking distance to the beach. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. There are stores nearby where you can buy almost anything you will need for your stay. I will definitely stay here again.
The bathroom is a wet bathroom and even though there is no hot water, the cool water was very refreshing due to the hot and humid weather. There is no hot water heater in the room but one can go to the third floor and use the water heater and the kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and silverware.

Though the surroundings needs maintenance, you will be surprised how clean the rooms are in 2nd floor. Also the roof top is nice to chill but they need to bring back the interior design of it. Also we became friends with the two dogs there who will greet you when you arrive, but please bath them and take good care of them. They are a charm.
Over all, I like the stay, the cost and the cleanliness is superb. Manang is friendly and really takes good care of us.
With the cheap amount per day, you have towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrush which usually 3 start above hotel has. Love it! I didn’t expect it as it is not typical hotel and we only paid less than 2000 a day.

For the price the room was pretty decent and has good bed and the air conditioning is working well
The sink was smelly they need to fix the pipe because the smell in the bathroom is no bad especially in the room 5
