Staff and the owner was friendly.. Ate Karen is very welcoming. Everyone greets you everytime you go out and return. Although it was a bit walk to the beach.. The location is near convenient stores. Free use of kitchen and we have the whole rooftop enjoying the view of the mountain while sipping coffee.

The staff is very accommodating and very friendly. The room is huge and quiet. The location is perfect: walking distance to the beach. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. There are stores nearby where you can buy almost anything you will need for your stay. I will definitely stay here again.
The bathroom is a wet bathroom and even though there is no hot water, the cool water was very refreshing due to the hot and humid weather. There is no hot water heater in the room but one can go to the third floor and use the water heater and the kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and silverware.

For the price the room was pretty decent and has good bed and the air conditioning is working well
The sink was smelly they need to fix the pipe because the smell in the bathroom is no bad especially in the room 5
