Reasonably priced, very clean and well provisioned. Owners left full instructions and a fan, and communicated via message very well. I was delivering to the 2000 Trees festival so this suited for a one night dropover.
It was clearly someone's converted garage so was a bit cramped. And it was odd to be in someone's garage, to feel them come and go but have no contact. Some people might be fine with that but I found it disconcerting.

Excellent directions to the property (though I think I had to request them, only received when I asked the day before). The kitchen supplies included milk and tea/coffee so I needn't have brought my own.
Quite compact, even for one; I'm not sure a couple would be comfortable here (only one chair for sitting).

Wi-Fi was good
The property was cold, perhaps it should not be available during the winter ? or at least have heating in the toilet/ shower room.
