Próximo ao Mar, ao centro e mobilidade para outras praias. A rua e local calmo. Apto como nas fotos. Tem estendedor e com churrasqueira na sacada. Cama e chuveiro satisfatórios.
Apenas como alerta o quarto do mezanino não indico para crianças pequenas pois escada é vazada.

This is an excellent space near a wonderful beach with secure parking and an elevator. There are very good restaurants on the beach you can walk to for lunch. It has very good amenities at an affordable price. The outdoor terrace is perfect to enjoy the time for dining or coffee. The kitchen is well equipped including use of the outside barbeque on the terrace.
There was lots of construction noise both in the building and in the neighborhood that was distracting at times. A kettle is required for hot water in the kitchen for dishes.
