Apartmány Motýlí louka s finskou saunou

Ap. 3 - The apartment is new, had everything you can think about, very comfortable and large. Alena is such a great host, eveything was easy, welcoming and just wonderful. Around the house there are alot of hiking options. The view from the windows is marvoules

Getting from the parking spot to the apartment is a bit not comfortable, due to stairs. And there is no terrace.

Przepiękny i czysty apartament, na wyposażeniu jest wszystko łącznie z pralką w piwnicy. Pani właściciela to przemiła kobieta. Okolica jest cichutka i spokojna, parking zaraz przy apartamencie.

Nice and new building, and equipped.

We booked this apartment mainly because it was advertised with air conditioning and even paid more for this feature. When we arrived, we discovered there was no air conditioning at all — no vents, no cooling system. The host admitted this throughout our stay but could not solve the problem. Instead of offering fair compensation, she suggested a simple breakfast at a restaurant, which did not come close to covering the issue. Later, she even tried to put the blame on us rather than taking responsibility. The apartment itself was nice, but the false advertising and the host’s unwillingness to provide real compensation made the experience very disappointing. Future guests should be aware: there is no A/C here despite what the listing says.
