Lanna Boutique Resort Chiang Mai

The staff were so friendly, kind & went the extra mile! Excellent communication via WhatsApp & in person. The rooms are comfortable and the large size deck gave it a extra big feeling of comfort. A large fridge with freezer for ice, a hair dryer & aircon were greatly appreciated. There is cupboard space and dressing table with big mirror. I loved the location more local than tourist, near some thrifting shops & a big food market & an excellent massage shop opposite the lotus shop a heart beat away. A choice of fantastic coffee shops too. The pool is a great plus with Chiang Mai's heat too. This place is extremely well priced for what you receive and I do recommend the higher levels of the building for a nice city view! The staff are so helpful with your luggage assistance up the stairs, I also stored my bag here for a few weeks and highly trust & recommend Lanna Boutique Hotel. I will see you again soon. I asked for a bed layover to make the bed softer & they added it b4 I arrived. Personal service was outstanding

I would like to suggest some shelving in the bathroom and shower to allow guests space to put their toiletries.

ตอนแรกห้องแอร์ดังมาก แต่พนักงานเปลี่ยนห้องให้ อัพเกรด เป็นห้องดีกว่าเดิมประทับใจมาก

Было чисто. Номер был довольно просторный. Наличие балкона.

В описании говорилось, что будет вид на бассейн или сад. По факту номер был расположен во втором корпусе, а бассейн в первом. Из моего окна был вид на соседнее здание. В туалете душ был отделен деревянной перегородкой, которая не пропускала свет и по факту была сгнившей из-за попадающей на нее воды. Принимать душ было темно. В целом атмосфера в номере была какой-то давящей, мне не было уютно. Шумоизоляция была плохой. Были отчётливо слышны разговоры и звуки секса из соседнего номера. Матрац был без наматрасника, подушки были тонкими и неудобными.
