Die kleine, wohnliche Villa liegt ausserordentlich schön, direkt am Lago Magiore. Vom Wohnzimmer und vom Schlafzimmer aus sieht man direkt auf den See! Der kleine Park teilt man mit dem Nachbar-Ferienhaus. Dadurch hat der eingezäunte Garten eine angenehme Grösse. Dies war für uns günstig, da wir zwei grössere Hunde dabei hatten. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch, aber auch stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir alle fühlten uns sehr schnell wohl. Die Zuglinie, die gleich hinter dem Garten durchführt, hat uns nicht gestört.
Die Sonnenliegen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher unbequem.
