Great location with bus station, metro station, cafés and supermarkets nearby. The flat looks amazing, is fully equipped, furniture looks like new. It consists of two large bedrooms with comfortable double-beds, big living room and kitchenette (with everything the kitchen needs) and renovated bathroom. There are towels, bedsheets, soaps, cleaning supplies, washing machine. Two balconies stretch around the building. Maria is an amazing, friendly and communicative person, proficient in English. Both check in and check out were done easily by us. We enjoyed the stay and if we visit Rome again, this will be our choice of accommodation. ✨

Struttura ben organizzata, appartamento moderno e pulito con spazi accoglienti. TV in ogni camera e buon wi-fi.
La zona, pur essendo tranquilla e dotata di servizi, presenta criticità dal punto di vista dei trasporti: se si utilizza l auto privata è difficilissimo trovare parcheggio sulla pubblica via soprattutto in orario serale, mentre chi si muove coi mezzi pubblici deve tenere a mente che la fermata metro Battistini - che potrebbe apparire vicina in linea d aria - in realtà dista circa un chilometro e mezzo per essere raggiunta a piedi.
