This was our second stay at this unit in Windmill Point. Sometimes when you stay at a place you really liked a second time or go back to a restaurant you enjoyed a second time, there's a bit of a disappointment. Well, not here. The second time was not only as good as the first, but it also exceeded it.
The place is spotless. As soon as you walk in, you feel the need to remove your shoes because you want it to remain that way during your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil, pot, or pan that you need. The grill on the back patio is also very handy to have. We travel a lot for junior sports and ate in most nights and it felt like we were cooking at home. A really nice touch from the host is a basket filled with various snacks on the kitchen counter. Kids polished that off in no time! The hosts also leave a basket with several items commonly forgotten when you travel such as a toothbrush in my case! Took clear advantage of that thank you!
The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked great. There was a bit of an issue with it when we got there but the owners were on it and made sure it was fixed asap.
The newly built pier is awesome to go hangout with a beer or throw a line out in the water. They even have tables with running water to clean your fish.
If you're traveling to the area for junior sports or just looking for a quiet weekend near the bay, this is a great spot.
We look forward to getting back there again!

Our family had a great time at this condo and area. The beaches on the bay were calm and not crowded at all. We almost felt like we had the town to ourselves even on a holiday week! The pool was great for kids and the tiki bar right next to the pool was great for us adults!
The condo was very very nice! Pictures showed the property exactly as it was and everything was comfortable-- felt like home. Pur kids loved watching the frogs and birds in the ponds right outside. The parents liked being able to watch the kids from the patio!
When our family finds ourselves wanting a quite vacation, this property at Westland will be top of mind!
