Location was great and place was nice, clean and modern. Free car park was a plus too.
Check in process including steps to get and return the key was a bit annoying. Would have been nice if there was extra kitchen stuff including oil and salt for cooking and shampoo and body wash.

Convenient location
No proper utensils and equipment, too empty. Customer service staff for serain residences were very rude and unaccommodating. I thought the apartment has a water view but turns out it gives the view of the street and is pretty noisy as you can hear cars all day and night.
