Large comfortable condo with pretty views. Great for traveling with friends the floorplan/layout was nice. Well appointed and had what we needed to prep food. Short ride to the beach but we really enjoyed the huge pool area and ended up staying there since the beach was so windy. We didn’t end us using the washer & dryer but it was nice that they had one in the unit. I would stay here again, and I would recommend to friends.

I like the layout of the property. The neighbors were extremely nice. Quiet neighborhood. No loud noises. Beautiful pool area.

The carpet was extremely nasty stains throughout the property. When you first walk through the front door, you see a dirty area rug. There were pee stains on the toilet. You could tell the floor was not vacuumed because there were bobby pins left from the last renter. The comforters had odd stains on them and it was hair in the bedding. I always take photos of the property before my family enters for proof if there’s any previous damage before we enter and I always take a video before we leave to prove we did not do any damage before we left. I feel like this would have been a great stay if the owners would just shampoo or replace their carpet and check behind their cleaning staff because it was not properly done.
