The property is in a great location - for restaurants, beach and supermarket. The apartment was a great size, very clean and had everything you need for a holiday.
The pool area was brilliant.
Gym was also great addition.
Picking up and dropping off the keys was a pain - every time we've stayed in Calpe we've met someone at the property for keys.
The air con wasn't on when we arrived, it was 35 degrees inside the apartment - then didn't work. The hosts did come out to fix but didn't know how to so I took 5 hours (10pm) - not a great start. All could have been solved - by either meeting with the keys and putting on air con or having instructions in a manual.
Booking of the gym was a pain - could only book one slot per day - no good when you have a child. And only 2 days in advance.
Had to pay extra for towels - again a first in Calpe.
