The neighborhood was great - just a few blocks from a Whole Foods and easy to get anywhere.
It was perfect for what we needed and expected based on reviews.

Love the location. Very easy to get around without a car in Portland. Really cute and clean house with nice facilities.
This is not necessarily a negative, but the way the bedrooms are situated in the house is a little awkward.
The second bedroom is actually inside a closet in the main bedroom. So as much as we made it work due to our group, if people are needing privacy when they are renting, this may not be the spot for you. Other than that we enjoyed the place.

Super clean with great location
Need new futon mattress but other beds were excellent

Location was good. No breakfast but did provide some chips and snacks. House was clean.
We were not aware the bedroom was down a steep, narrow set of stairs, the second bedroom was a closet with not windows and the worst was the bathroom was upstairs. We used the futon upstairs to be close to the bath and avoid the stairs and it was comfortable.
