The facilities are great! Large kitchen space, large modern toilet and shower, sitting areas. Quiet, despite the fact that there are 6 or 7 rooms. Close to trams.
The room was quite small, no table or chair. Only bed and wardrobe but that’s ok.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, es war alles Nötige vorhanden wie beschrieben, Küche und Gemeinschaftsraum gut ausgestattet, Lage gut da Nähe Hauptbahnhof
Gemeinschaftsräume (Badezimmer) etwas schmutzig, Duschkabine konnte nicht geschlossen werden, kein zweiter Decken- und Polsterüberzug, Wände sehr dünn

For its price, it is fairly good, quite clean and the room itself didn’t feel too narrow.
There were some problems with hot shower and also the door handle of the female bathroom.
