Spacious 4BR Home Near Sunnybank with Modern Amenities

The accommodation was clean and spacious for our stay.

The milk and tea were not sufficient for multiple day stays and for a big group like ours. The same amount is provided for a single day stay. But this was manageable. Observation - the fan in the third bedroom where internet modem is is squeaky and needs fixing.

Maison individuelle, avec un bel espace commun et des chambres confortables. Une très grande salle de bain qui dessert 3 chambres d'un côté, et un "studio" indépendant avec salle d'eau de l'autre côté. Espace bureau hyper pratique. Quartier calme, proche d'un centre commercial Westfield. Avoir une voiture est une nécessité absolue !

Maison agréable mais qui perd un peu en luminosité car entourée d'une clôture très opaque et sombre. Maison avec un appartement mitoyen qui est loué, et les locataires ont été un peu bruyants mais le propriétaire, que nous avions alerté, a réagi très rapidement. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir utiliser un barbecue sur la terrasse.

We really enjoyed our time here, the home inside and out was very nice and spacious. The beds were so cozy and comfortable so my kids and I had a good rest at night. It was good there were toys available as my 5 year old loves playing. The kitchen was fully equiped and we enjoyed cooking warm hearty meals especially since it was winter. Easy communication with the host who was so understanding and helpful. Close to bustop too, maybe 2 to 5 minute walk and you can get a bus to Westfield Mt Gravatt or Sunnybank Plaza. Overall, awesome place to stay...

Nothing, loved our time there.

It was very comfortable and even with 5 adults and 3 children staying it was very comfortable and spacious enough to allow everyone be comfortable and find space to relax. The amenities were modern and in great condition and small details made the stay very enjoyable. The location was good and close to the venue we were in Brisbane for. It was very private. Our host was just lovely to deal with!

Unfortunately the long term rental residents filled the wheelie bins making it difficult for us to easily discard our own rubbish and were up quite late (midnight) and early (4am) and talking quite loudly on a Sunday. Parking was a little tight for two cars and we chose to park one on the street.
