I really liked the floor plan and while it was just the wife, the dog and I, it would easily accommodate the 5 people advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
There is a wow factor when you first open the door and see how nice it is inside.
My wife wanted to see the Pacific ocean once again and it was less than a 10 minute drive to see the beach and hear the waves. Westport has some beach access to drive alongside and watch the tide shifts
The owner lives on the property in the neighboring building, so if there were any issues or concerns, I am confident he would solve or provide a solution. There are many stories on Air B&B of owner rules and unwelcome oversite, but that is not then vibe here.
As his property description details, he has horses, donkeys and goats next door and added a sense of rural living Phil welcomed and encouraged feeding them a snack or dinner that he provides if you coordinate with him. The ducks were a hoot and how they marched in unison and had their curiosity to feed and check out their surroundings.
The fully fenced in yard was a big plus when you are visiting with your fur babies
Google searches for restaurants were sending us back to Aberdeen. Don't get locked in on the Aberdeen address. You are much closer to Westport with good options to choose from.
On the second day, we ventured more south and found closer options in Westport that were more convenient and quite satisfying

The house is great! Already planning for next year. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 1 child. Kitchen is great! The house is very clean.The caretaker is very easy to talk to and very accommodating.The goats and donkeys were an amazing bonus.
There is nothing to dislike about this rental. only complaint from my group was from the one that slept on futon in front room about highway traffic but said it was very tolerable.

Great property for a family/ friends. Well equipped and plenty of space to hang out. Kids had fun with s’mores by fire pit and feeding the animals. We will definitely come back.
